Company with registration No. 47062 has started its work from 1981 as
the first producer of anesthesia gas in Iran. After obtaining necessary
permissions from Ministry Of Health, care and Medical Education and
Ministry of Industries, it has started its production formally from 1985 |
From
the outset, qualitative and quantitative development of operations has
been favored by managers. Pain relief gas production plan and
establishment of quality management systems based on ISO 9001:2000 and
ISO 13485:2003 –quality management system for medical devices- are some
evidences for proving this claim. Therefore, in addition to declaration
of our commitment to comply with the requirements of these standards, I
wish the involvement of all personnel in implementation and maintenance
of these standards and continually improvement of their effectiveness. |
Here
the basic principles of company quality policy are as follows. These
principles shall be followed and applied by all personnel. |
- Increase of customer satisfaction level by understanding customer needs and requirements and planning for their meeting.
- Continually
improvement of the effectiveness of the management system through the
control and monitoring of processes and doing prevention and corrective
actions.
- Increase of personnel awareness and efficiency through continual training.
